He has served medium and large-scale businesses in Milan and Warsaw covering a broad range of industries from energy, oil and gas, food processing and production, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and hospitality. Waldemar is actively engaged in the PE and VC ecosystems in Europe and is deeply committed to building bridges between large business and the innovative solutions developed by some of the most budding startups in the region. He is a personal growth activist, contributing as an expert in the Warsaw-based Socio-Economical Enquiry Institute, and is a member of the Polish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce board.

Waldemar leads the regional branch of the Capital Group - the biggest multi-energy corporation in Central Europe - as their CEO in Estonia where he contributes at HQ level in the development of the operational plans of their strategy.
