With extensive experience spanning 25 years, Hannu primarily focuses on identifying and driving technology adoption thus helping companies develop competitive strategies and innovative operating models, enabled by digital technology.
A co-founder of one of the first online marketing agencies in Denmark in the late 90s, Hannu was appointed to leading positions at Denmark’s largest retailer, Salling Group, where he headed up the establishment of the group’s e-commerce business from concept to operation, and led the omnichannel marketing of its brick-and-mortar brands. He also served as Chief Digital Officer at Envision Advertising, a leading Danish advertising agency, and as CEO at Ucommerce, an ecommerce software enterprise.
Hannu leads the digital transformation capabilities at Pivots and Blocks where he works closely with clients to help them formulate and deploy a digital culture and capabilities utilizing advanced data analytics tools in the retail, e-commerce, B2B wholesale, and advertising industries.
